The Viennese singer with Croatian and Slowakian roots is on her way to capture the European music scene. She is rumored to be one of the hottest, hippest female voices of the decade“. Everyone who was lucky enough to seeher live knows why: Bella's interpretation of a song is infectious, unique and outstanding . Her appearance is simply soul - infusing and she leaves her audience amazed.

Bella was born in Vienna and she is fluent in five languages (German, English, Slovakian, Croatian and Hungarian). Her father originates from a Croatian island and her mother is from Slovakia. The singer started her musical career with piano lessons when she was only six years of age. In her early teens Bella began singing in various bands and soon she already worked with Austria`s biggest popstar Falco. Bella was only 17 when Falco invited her to sing on his final Album “Out of the Dark”.

In 2006 Bella wagner started her solo project with fellow musician and producer Oliver Werbach and soon released her first album “That’s what I like” which contains seven unique interpretations of all time classics like Screamin’ Jay Hawkins´ ”I Put A Spell On You“, Bob Dylan‘s “Baby Blue“ or Nina Simone‘s “Love Me Or Leave Me“. Her album includes various music styles such as R&B, Soul, Blues, Funk and Disco.

In July 2009 Bella wagner and her Band were invited to perform at the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland to present her debut album. Shortly after she charmed her audience at the 35th Bratislava Jazz Days followed by a tour support act for Lenny Kravitz in Vienna.

Bella wagner is a versatile vocalist conveying her message without stilistic boundaries. In addition to her own project she frequently teams up with musicians and DJs from all across Europe for feature projects where the artist not only appears as a vocalist she also shows her talents as lyricist and co-writer of the lead voices. Bella already released several featuring songs in various genres such as Electro Pop, Bossa, Balkan, Rock, Funk or Fusion.
